    Size Guide:

    • Size Small – Recommended for Women Size 6-10
    • Size Medium – Recommended for Women Size 12-14
    • Size Large – Recommended for Women Size 16-18

    User Guide:

    • Heat in microwave for 1 & 1/2 – 2 minutes depending on microwave wattage and desired heat.
    • Care must be taken when heating and in use
    • To use as cold pack, keep wrapped (in Ziplock bag) and store in freezer
