    Description

    User Guide:

    • Heat in microwave for 1 & 1/2  depending on microwave wattage and desired heat.
    • Care must be taken when heating and in use
    • To use as cool pack, keep wrapped ( inside a Ziplock bag) and store in freezer between 2-4 hours
