Please provide your order number, details of the issue, and (if possible) a photo of the item. We’ll organise a replacement, exchange, or full refund—including return shipping—where required by Australian Consumer Law.
Refunds (where approved) are processed to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank or payement provider to process the funds.
