    • Follow your treatment plan. Stick to the advice and exercises your osteopath gives you. Unsure about anything? Just ask!
    • Complete your treatment course. This gives you the best chance of a full recovery and prevents setbacks.
    • Settle accounts on the day. This includes WorkSafe and TAC patients. Please have valid claims and send all needed paperwork to the right bodies.
    • Give feedback. If something isn’t right, let us know so we can fix it.

    Cancellation Policy

    We require at least 6 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. A cancellation fee may apply if this isn’t provided. We often have patients waiting for urgent appointments, so your notice helps us help others.
